Michaela Swaney serves as Legislative Analyst for the California Federation of Republican Women (CFRW), where she advocates on state and federal policy issues and provides legislative analysis on matters impacting Californians. A business owner and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience, she has helped startups, established companies, and local governments navigate California's regulatory and policy environment. Passionate about constitutional principles, civic engagement, and preserving opportunity for future generations, Michaela is a frequent speaker on public policy, government, and the founding ideals of the United States.
