• VIP Seating: $125.00 early bird w/signed copy of book, $150.00 after 12/1

• Table Sponsorship: $1,000 with seating for 8 & VIP book signing

• Purchase individual copies of the book for $35.00.

NOTE: Venue will be disclosed a few days prior to the event, but for planning purposes it will held at a location in central San Mateo.

Registration at 6pm and Dinner at 6:30pm.
